These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.cocoamigo.com.au (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Coco Amigo Foods (ABN 40 872 860 395) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us
We are a Sydney-based business that produces chef-designed international spice blends, freshly made to order. You can contact us at enquiries@cocoamigo.com.au.

2. Orders
All orders placed through the Site are an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Because our spice blends are freshly prepared upon receiving your order, please ensure your order details are correct before checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.

 

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Square; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

 

4. Products
Our products are food items containing spices, herbs and seasonings. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the item delivered, as blends are made fresh by hand.

Allergens: Our products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten, dairy and other ingredients. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering. It is your responsibility to check ingredient information and use products appropriately.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, recipes, blend names, images and logos, is owned by or licensed to Coco Amigo Foods and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the product, resupplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

 

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

 

8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Site.
