Our Spice Story

I am a qualified chef, with international experience, based in Sydney NSW and registered with New South Wales Food Authority as a Food Safety Supervisor.

I have visited dozens of countries, met grandmothers and village elders and I have learned their traditional village secrets of spice blends which are generations old and, some of these recipes are over 200 years old.

I take great pride in designing these spice blends as they are traditional and "The Real Thing" and I have great pleasure in bringing them to you.

 

Each spice blend is produced upon receiving your order/s and arrive in the freshest and most authentic form.

 

I do not store these spices (as found in supermarkets and other shops).  My spices are NOT mass-produced but it's made with care and dedication.
