Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.cocoamigo.com.au.

 

1. Processing & Dispatch
Our spice blends are freshly made to order. Please allow a few business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged by total order weight:

• Up to 50g — $5.00

• Up to 150g — $7.00

• Up to 250g — $9.70

• Up to 2kg — $11.15

• Up to 3kg — $15.25

Where you place multiple orders, we will, where possible, combine them into a single shipment to save on postage.

 

4. Delivery
We dispatch orders via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary, particularly during peak periods.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@cocoamigo.com.au and we will help trace it with the carrier.

 

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, though we will do our best to help.
