West African Jollof Spices

A dish that is revered in Africa as naan is to India.  An excellent blend of traditional generation-old ingredients which gives me the utmost pleasure of being a chef, now that I can share this blend with you.  A mild or spicy rice dish (NO! it's not biryani) but it's on the same level of appreciation.  Use this spice with Basmati rice and whatever vegetables you wish to add.  The spices you require, is already right here in this pack and it's ground for you.
