Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

This spice blend makes the most gorgeous pepper sauce imaginable.  It is a really hot sauce as the ingredients in this blend are hot. Research and experiment or (if you're not up to it), just mix this blend with some olive oil, dried shrimp and mix well then add whatever you like.  It's perfect with most beef dishes but why not use it on chicken too.

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
