Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

Use this spice when you're braising the beef, before adding it to the tacos.  You'll be happy you did as the flavour is outstandly perfect.  It's not a wonder why people ask us for this recipe.  It's not our recipe but it belongs to a very special family, who have been using it for generations and gave it to us with their blessing.  Available in Mild and Extra-Hot varieties.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
