This recipe is an authentic recipe from the villagers in Tamil Nadu.

USES

Used in all Chettinad spicy curry dishes. Available in Mild or hot.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
