This spice contains a blend of herbs and spices which have been slowly roasted to perfection, bringing out the natural and distinctive flavours and aromas of Sri Lankan curry. Various heat levels available.
Spices are as follows: -
MILD / REGULAR = HEAT LEVEL 1
MEDIUM = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
