Sri Lanka - Galle Chicken Curry Masala

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

Use this hot curry masala in place of your regular masala and experience the real taste of Galle.  This spice is slightly smokey, robust, flavourful notes which contributes to the distinctive taste and varying heat of any Sri Lankan curry. 

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00
