South African - Jaslikeit Biltong Spices

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

The original version of these spices are partially whole but so many customers have requested that we grind the spices when blending it, so that there are no husks or spice skins to annoy their enjoyment of the biltong.  Although it may seem unusual, this process does not affect the final flavour, texture or aroma and there's no grit between your teeth.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot) 

POSTAGE

Delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order as follows:

• 50g pack - $5.00

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
