SHICHIMI TOGARASHI - JAPANESE SPICES

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

A smooth perfect blend of the spices which make-up this blend.  The Japanese knew of the secrets of spice blends and this is a perfect example.  Used in an array of dishes.  This is one spice you should never be without.  Excellent over grilled beef, pork, chicken, fish and the like or even in salads, snacks and a sprinkle over fruit.  

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
