Adobo is known across the world as a tropical meal.  From the Philippines to Hawaii, people have used their own traditional recipes, to enjoy a celebration of life, mainly at birthday dinners or other special occasions.  This spice recipe has been produced from traditional family recipes from Dumaguete in Negros Oriental.  Experience what makes this spice a much loved recipe.  Available in Mild and Hot.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
