Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

The "Butter" range of spices  are unique and some customers would think that it's the same for Butter Chicken, Butter Vegetables, Butter Beef, etc but that's far from the truth.  Each spice blend contains herbs and spices which compliments that particulor dish and, yes you can use it as a general spice, you will not experience the magical taste that's meant to promote your chosen dish.  Our recommendation?  Use the spice blend for the dish that you want to produce.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

Delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order as follows:

• 50g pack - $5.00

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
