MOROCCAN SPICE FOR FISH - CASABLANCA

We have used a recipe, which was handed down from grandmother to grandmother, through the generations.  I have travelled to 32 countries, over 36 years and I’ve learned their traditional recipes.  It is now my pleasure, as an International Chef, (Registered with NSW Food Authority as a Food Safety Supervisor), to bring this spice blend to you.

This spice blend can be used as a sprinkle or as a marinade.  Use it on any fish types. To use it as a marinade, simply add 1-2 tablespoons of this spice to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix well then coat the fish and cover.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then remove to bring back to room temperature and cook as usual.

The spices which you will require, are right here in this pack and its ground, to enhance the flavours and to minimize the "gritty" feeling in your mouth (which is experienced with most other spices).

This spice blend is MILD (1/5), we can also produce this spice blend in MEDIUM (3/5), HOT (5/5) or EXTRA-HOT (3 x hotter), just add a note and advise us of your required heat choice, when you make your purchase.  If no Selection is requested, we will send the MILD blend.

We do not mass-produce any of our spice blends as you'll find in supermarkets etc, hanging on display racks or in boxes.  These may have been sitting there for months.  Our spice blends are produced from real and authentic recipes and each order is hand produced.  Only the best is offered to you and your family and we're proud of that.

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
