Moira's Baby Octopus Curry Spices

This recipe was handed down to us by Moira, from the islands of the Seychelles, where baby octopus curry is a treasured family dish. We have travelled to bring you these spices in a blend so you can make it at home just the way it is done on the islands. It is a fragrant curry blend built for seafood, with the warmth of the tropics in every spoonful.

USES

Made for baby octopus, but wonderful with squid, prawns and firm white fish too. Simply cook your seafood in the blend with a little onion and tomato, or use it in place of your regular masala. Available in various size packs and heat levels.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
