Mississippi - Blackening Spice

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

Use this blend on your steak, chicken, fish, lobster or prawns.  Sprinkle it over your choice of protein and lightly rub it in then refrigerate for 2 hours, allow to come back to room temperature then cook immediately.  Available in Medium-Hot or Extra-Hot varieties.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00
