Mishkaki Hot Kebab Spice

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue. Mishkaki is the street food of Zanzibar, skewered meat grilled over hot coals at the night markets. This is the spice that brings that flavour to your own kitchen, warm, aromatic and with a proper kick of heat.

USES

Perfect on beef, lamb, chicken or goat cut into cubes for skewers. Massage it into the meat and refrigerate for two to four hours before cooking, then grill or bbq until charred at the edges. Available in various size packs and heat levels.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
