Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

This spice blend is crucial in the preparation of Menudo Soup.  Many various ways to cook this dish, using many parts of the animal.  The main ingredient in this dish are the spices, which can either make or break the experience.  Our spices are always made to the exact generations-old recipe and our love of food will show this.  Available in a Mild or Hot variety.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00
