Mexico - Chorizo Spices

This traditional spice blend is used mainly to flavour chorizo sausages but it can be used as a spice in meatballs, on roasted meats, for bbq, grilling etc, over vegetables, on sandwiches, in salads, as a sprinkle in Mexican dishes. A little goes a long way.
