Mexican Spicy Chilli Citrus Seasoning

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue. This blend comes to us from Chihuahua in the heart of Mexico, where the bright heat of chilli is lifted by a fresh burst of citrus. It is a lively seasoning that wakes up whatever you put it on.

USES

Wonderful on grilled chicken, beef, pork and fish, sprinkled over tacos and roasted vegetables, or rubbed into meat before it hits the bbq. Use it as a dry sprinkle or as a marinade and let the citrus and chilli do the work. Available in various size packs and heat levels.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
