Korean Beef Bulgogi Spices

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

This Korean spice is used on prime cuts of meat.  It will tenderise and flavour the meat, ready to explode in amazing textures and taste.  You can also use chicken or pork if you wish.  Available in mild and hot varieties.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

Delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order as follows:

• 50g pack - $5.00

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
