Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

Use this as a dry rub on all meat types, as a sprinkle over salads, roast potatoes, in dips with tahini, on seafood and the list is endless. This spice is rated as mild but also available in other heat varieties.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00
