Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

The flavours of The Cape is the generation-old curries and stews.  Curries were introduced into Cape Town by the Malays, more than 200 years ago and it's these signature dishes, which are their legacy.  These spice recipes have been handed down to me while I was still in South Africa and I'm proud to share them with you, through my spice blends.  We offer this spice blend in Mild and Hot varieties.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
