Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

Most biryanis have pieces of whole spices throughout the dish.  Our spice blend contains all those spices but ground into a powder, which elimenates the larger particles, thus making the entire experience more pleasurable.  Available as a regular or hot blend.  Use it in place of whole spices.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

Delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order as follows:

• 50g pack - $5.00

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
