This spice blend will enable you to experience the real taste of Cape Town, as it has been for the past 200 years.  This recipe is generations old and we've made it easy for even the inexperienced home cook, to make and enjoy this dish.  Available in Mild or Hot varieties.  Don''t miss the taste of home, make this your own.  Any leftovers are thoroughly enjoyed in rotis, naan, on bread etc, the next day once the flavours have developed even more (if there's any leftovers at all).

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
