Cape Air Fryer - Chicken Seasoning

Are you sick of plain air fried chicken or poultry?

Our chef-designed spice blend has been formulated just for this purpose.

Just add enough of this spice to a bag and then add your chicken pieces.  Shake well to coat then shake to remove excess spice.

Add oil to a hot pan / pot and, once it achieves a medium high temp, add the chicken and cook until the internal temp reaches at least 75C and is golden brown.

Remove to a wire rack to drain then serve immediately.
