Bo-Kaap Malay Curry Spices

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USESOne of the most well-known dishes from Cape Town, is the Malay Curry.  It's unique taste and blends of herbs and spices, makes it a taste you cannot easily forget.  This spice blend recipe (as with most of our recipes), has been handed down from generation to generation and dates back hundreds of years. Use this spice blend according to the recipe which we will enclose with your order and just enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.  You choose the level of heat when you place your order.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

Delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order as follows:

• 50g pack - $5.00

• 150g pack - $7.00

We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage. Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
