Bahamas Hot Chicken Batter Mix

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

A very similar batter mix to the Bahamas Shellfish blend but each blend contains herbs and spices, which enhances the protein that it's designed for and, in so doing, brings out the best flavours.  Mix with water, form a paste, dip and chill (Icy cold) then deep fry, for the most delicious snack or main meal.  You'll love it.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
