USES

Kerala is also famous for it's full-flavour biryani with all the exotic and awesome spices.  This spice blend brings all of those wonderful flavours and textures to you.  Use this as you would any other biryani masala and experience the difference immediately.  Available in Mild or Hot variety.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00
