USESOne of the most well-known dishes from Algeria. It's unique taste and blends of herbs and spices, makes it a taste you cannot easily forget. This spice blend recipe (as with most of our recipes), has been handed down from generation to generation and dates back up to 200-300 hundred years. Use this spice blend to provide the most exotic, North African tastes around. You choose the level of heat when you place your order.
