Acapulco Mexico - Smokey Seasoning

Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

USES

Use as a rub on all types of meat or mix it with olive oil and use as a marinade.  Rub it well into the meat and refrigerate for 2 hours then cook as usual (bbq, grill or bake).  Use sparingly as a little goes a long way.  Available in a Mild or Hot variety.

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR            = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                       = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

• 150g pack - $7.00
