Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue.

 

USES

Use as a dry rub or a wet marinade on all steak sizes, to bring out the old Texan steakhouse flavours.  Simply sprinkle over the meat and massage well or mix 1 tablespoon of this spice with 2 tablespoons of oil and form a paste.  Brush over the meat and refrigerate covered (regardless of which method you choose) for 2-4 hours or even overnight.  Cook whichever method you choose. Available in regular and hot/fiery.

 

Spices are as follows: -

MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1

MEDIUM                             = HEAT LEVEL 2-3

HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4

EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love fire)

  • For all other locations, delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order  as follows: 
  • 50g pack - $5.00
  • 150g pack - $6.50
  • We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage.  Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
