USES
The process of cooking meals in a cast iron pot over hot coals, has been used in South African for over 300 years. Some of the recipes have changed over the years but the process still remains the same.  Good fresh vegetables, fresh meat and a great array of spices.  We bring you these spices in a blend.  The aroma, flavour and texture is loved by our customers.  This blend has been prepared mainly for lamb, with herbs and spices that compliment lamb, form part of this blend.  The is a mild blend, suitable for children and all heat levels are available.
 
Spices are as follows: - 
MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1
MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)

For all other amounts and locations, delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order as follows:
