We have used a recipe, which was handed down from grandmother to grandmother, through the generations. I have travelled to 32 countries, over 36 years and I’ve learned their traditional recipes. It is now my pleasure, as an International Chef (Registered with NSW Food Authority as a Food Safety Supervisor), to bring this spice blend to you.
This hot spice blend is designed to be used with any cuts of pork. It's the base of all vindaloo curries but with special herbs and spices, to compliment the specific protein in this dish.
The spices which you will require, are right here in this pack and its ground, to enhance the flavours and to minimize the "gritty" feeling in your mouth (which is experienced with most other spices). All of our spice-blends are produced fresh, upon your purchase and is not sitting on the shelf for months and months.
This spice blend is HOT (5/5) but we can also produce this spice blend in EXTRA-HOT (3 X HOTTER), just add a note and advise us of your required heat choice, when you make your purchase. If no Selection is requested, we will send the HOT blend.
