Used by all, it became a favourite in the village and is still a favourite. Use sparingly as a little goes a long way. You have a choice of a Mild or Hot variety.

MEDIUM = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
