Our spices are ground, during the blending process, in order to bring you a smooth and enjoyable mouth-feel, without that feeling of 'grit' on your tongue. 
 
USES
This spice blend is used in savoury fillings.  Use it as a dry rub on meat prior to cooking it.  Use it on steamed or roast vegetables.  Perfect on prawns, crab, lobster, Balmain Bugs, oysters and you'll be amazed at what a difference this spice makes to your dishes.  Excellent on roast meat sandwiches, tacos and quesadillas.  It's not originally a hot spice but we've designed it in regular and hot varieties, due to demand.  The choice is yours.
 
Spices are as follows: - 
MILD / REGULAR               = HEAT LEVEL 1
MEDIUM                              = HEAT LEVEL 2-3
HOT                                       = HEAT LEVEL 4
EXTRA-HOT                         = HEAT LEVEL 5 (For those who love their food extremely hot)
 
Postage for spices has been updated as follows:
 For all orders exceeding $60.00 and within 10 km from Gladesville NSW 2111, we will deliver your products to your address AT NO DELIVERY CHARGE.
For all other locations, delivery fees will be based upon the weight of your total order  as follows: 
50g pack - $5.00
150g pack - $6.50
We will ship multiple orders together, to save you on the postage.  Please send us a message and we will advise what the reduced postage cost will be.
