Tjhis spice is used on all meat types (especially bbq steak), roast chicken, prawns, lobster, steamed and grilled fish, vegetables, in salads, popcorn and the list goes on.  This spice pack is sufficient to make 1 Kg of spiced butter.  Simply melt your butter then mix in 3 teaspoons of this spice with 250g butter, until fully combined then place it in the fridge until firm but not hard.  Transfer the cold butter-mix to some cling wrap and roll it into a log then freeze it.  When required, simply slice off the required amount (in a button) and add it to whatever you will use it for and allow it to melt over warm dishes etc.  Available in all heat levels.
