We have obtained recipes from Egyptian villagers who have been blending and using their favourite blend for generations. We offer our knowledge of this blend to you and take great pride in it. Best used as a dip (dipping the freshly baked bread into pure olive oil) and then dipping the oil-soaked bread, into the dukkah mix. Can also be used over vegetables, as a crust on roasted meats etc.
